Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Charming Star Fabrics. We are committed to delivering your premium unstitched fabrics and traditional menswear across Pakistan with speed and care.
1. Delivery Timeline
We process orders efficiently to ensure your fabrics reach you safely:
Within Karachi: 3 to 4 Working Days.
Other Cities of Pakistan: 5 to 7 Working Days.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day. During sale events or festive seasons (like Eid), deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.
2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
Standard Shipping: We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 300 on orders across Pakistan.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on the purchase of 3 or more suits.
3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience. You pay cash to the rider at the time of delivery.
We also accept Advance Bank Transfers. Bank Account details aapko checkout ke dauran Payment Method section mein wazeh nazar aa jayengi, aap unhi details par payment transfer kar sakte hain.
4. Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message/SMS from our team.
After verification, your order will be dispatched, and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Inspection & Open Parcels
As per courier company policies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment to the rider.
If you find any issue with the fabric quality, color variation, or damage after opening the parcel, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy or contact our support immediately. We will happily assist you.
6. Undelivered Shipments
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the parcel up to 2 or 3 times at your given address. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us, and the order will be canceled.
