Return & Exchange Policy
Dear Valued Customers,
Our goal is always to deliver premium quality fabric to your doorstep. However, if an oversight happens on our part, we are here to make it right.
7-Day Returns (Only for Defects):
If you find any of the following manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery, you can easily return or exchange the fabric:
Weaving Defects: Any structural flaws or faults in the weave.
Damaged Fabric: If the fabric is torn, cut, or has any holes.
Color Variations: If there is a dyeing error where the color suddenly shifts or changes after a meter or two.
Important Note:
This policy strictly applies only to fabric defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for a change of mind or personal preference if the fabric is faultless.
The fabric must be uncut (unstitched), unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How to Proceed: Simply send a short photo or video of the defect to our WhatsApp number, and our team will guide you through a smooth return or exchange.
